As part of the MBO, COI Partners acquired a 65% majority stake and retained the management team as a strong co-investor with a 35% stake. In addition to providing equity capital, we offered active, hands-on business support on an equal footing.

- Appointment of an experienced CFO to the Supervisory Board for the initial phase following the change in ownership
- Support in developing an M&A strategy for complementary add-on acquisitions in the DACH region
