Reason for the Investment
COI Partners Invests in B+G Schweiz AG
In January 2025, COI Partners acquired a stake in B+G Schweiz AG as part of a primary and secondary transaction. Together with Patrimonium Asset Management, EGS Beteiligungen, and the management team, we are supporting the group as it continues to pursue its organic and inorganic growth strategy.
B+G Switzerland combines companies with strong regional roots with the strength of a nationally organized group. This combination is the key differentiator and makes the B+G Group the go-to partner for complex large-scale projects in gardening, landscaping, and sports field construction in Switzerland.
By continuously expanding its capabilities—both vertically and horizontally—the Group is capitalizing on new market opportunities and strengthening its position as Switzerland’s quality leader. The focus is on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and the further development of value creation in Switzerland.
