Reason for the Investment
In December 2021, COI Partners invested in Occlutech as part of a Series C funding round.
At the time of the investment, the company was in a critical growth phase: Clinical trials for entry into the U.S. market were underway, the product pipeline was clearly defined, and the international distribution network was already established in over 80 countries. For COI Partners, Occlutech represented a rare combination of proven technology, clearly identifiable growth potential, and a strong regulatory track record.
