“Promedical’s positioning in the Swiss market for medical consumables and the development work carried out by the Steinauer family are impressive. We particularly appreciate the trust the owner family has placed in us. We are very pleased to be able to shape the company’s future development and continued growth—together with Philip Steinauer, who will remain on the company’s board of directors—and to preserve and build upon the positive results of the past.”
