With an international team of over 250 IT experts, the company covers the full range of testing service needs. The company operates its own training and education academy as well as the offshore unit TestSolutions Rwanda Ltd., based in Kigali. Its clients are primarily blue-chip companies with a strong presence in the mobility, aviation, and finance sectors.

Reason for the Investment
Acquisition of the company in 2023
In 2023, Patrimonium Asset Management AG and COI Partners jointly acquired a majority stake in the company from the founders, who will continue in their roles. The investment thesis focuses primarily on (i) institutionalizing the go-to-market strategy to accelerate organic growth, (ii) implementing a buy-and-build strategy to consolidate the fragmented competitive landscape in the DACH region, and (iii) transforming the company to make the best possible use of opportunities through the application of AI tools.
TestSolutions’ stated goal is to become the leading specialist in software testing services in the DACH region.
Our COIP DACH Growth II SCSp Fund is also invested in TestSolutions.
