What defines a partner? Someone competent who has proven their value? This goes without saying. To us a partner is more: it is a combination of personal qualities such as business acumen and experience, creative drive and enthusiasm, a willingness to take risks and responsibility, a healthy pragmatism – and a personality that we would describe as “upright”. All of these aspects distinguish each and every one of us. And in this sense, we are partners. That’s why we call ourselves COI Partners.
If every member of a team is the same, there is no need for a team. But when different perspectives focus on a single goal, a force is established that a single person alone cannot generate.
